Hiromi moves with seemingly boundless energy between jazz, fusion, classical, rock, and funk. On her latest album, Sonicwonderland, she forges piano, synthesizers, and orchestral soundscapes into a powerful, cinematic sound. Together with the Metropole Orchestra conducted by Miho Hazama, she will give a dynamic and compelling show in the Main Hall tonight, in which jazz and symphonic power reinforce each other.
